RV Fun Rental — Website and Messaging Terms

This is a provisional version until our attorney reviews it. If anything changes, we will post the updated terms here with a new effective date.

These terms describe how our websites and our messaging — text messages and web chat — work, including Clara, our automated booking assistant. Where we ask you to accept them, they form an agreement between you and us.

1. A quote is not a reservation

A quote — from Clara or from our team — is not a reservation and does not hold a vehicle. If you ask Clara to email you a quote, our reservation system creates a pending booking and emails you the quote with a link to pay. Your dates are held only once the deposit or the full amount is paid and the booking is confirmed. The prices Clara shows come from our reservation system at the moment you ask and can change until you book. Please review the total on the checkout page before you pay.

2. Your rental agreement governs your reservation

Your reservation is governed by the rental agreement you sign when you book. It sets out prices, deposits, cancellations, refunds, and the rules for using the vehicle. If anything on our website or in a message differs from your rental agreement, the rental agreement controls.

3. Clara, our booking assistant

Clara is an automated assistant, not a person, and she introduces herself as an assistant when the conversation starts. She answers with texts and buttons we have written and approved; no AI model writes her replies. The vehicles, availability, and prices she shows come from our reservation system at that moment and can change until you book. Prices, availability, and rules are confirmed only in your booking and your rental agreement. Her answers do not change a quote, a booking confirmation, or a signed rental agreement.

You can ask for a member of our team at any point: Clara will open our team's chat or give you our team's phone line. Outside business hours it may take longer.

4. Messages

• When you message us, we reply on the same channel.
• You can ask us to stop at any time, on any channel, and we will: reply STOP to a text message; for email, use the unsubscribe link or write to us.
• Please do not send card numbers, ID numbers, or other sensitive information in a message.
• Your carrier's message and data rates may apply.

5. Using our website and messaging

Please use them only for their purpose — learning about our vehicles, getting a quote, and managing a rental — and not for anything unlawful, abusive, or automated. We may limit the number of quotes or bookings requested through Clara to prevent abuse, and we may stop replying to messages that misuse our services.

6. Services from other companies

Our websites link to or show services run by other companies: our reservation system and its checkout pages, the service that hosts our vehicle photos, YouTube for vehicle videos, and our team's chat. Their own terms and privacy policies govern your use of their services, and we do not control their availability or security. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for our own statements, choices, or conduct, or any responsibility that the law does not allow us to exclude.

7. Information on our website

We work to keep our website accurate, but vehicle photos, specifications, prices, and availability are confirmed only in your booking and your rental agreement. Photos are illustrative.

8. Our website is provided for information

Our website and Clara are provided "as is," for information, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that they will always be available or free of errors. This does not limit any promise we make to you in writing, any obligation in your rental agreement, or any right the law does not allow us to limit.

9. Limits on liability for the website

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable under these terms for indirect or consequential losses from using the website that were not reasonably foreseeable. This does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, damage to property, a violation of law, our obligations under your rental agreement, or any liability the law does not allow us to limit.

10. Disputes

These terms do not, on their own, require arbitration. A confirmed rental is governed by the rental agreement you sign, including any dispute-resolution provision in it, according to its wording and applicable law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by California law. This does not take away any protection that the law of your state does not allow you to give up, and you may always use a small-claims court where you are eligible.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date. Changes apply from their effective date, and if a significant change needs your new agreement, we will ask for it.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, published on our websites, explains what we collect and how we use it, including conversations with Clara.
